Just a brief introduction. We own a Chevy Volt GenII and love the EV experience so far. Ready for more range and ready to replace our V6 ICE SUV with an R1T. As a retired venture fund manager and current business coach, I'm impressed with Rivian's business model and professionalism. I am particularly attracted to the innovative design flair of the R1T. I like the plant location in Normal, IL with a credible manufacturing workforce. Ford and Amazon's involvement are both strong positives adding volume, networking, and expertise to the team. Preordered 12/31/19.
