So when I saw the news about Amazon and 100,000 delivery vans, the first place my brain went was to the idea of a camper conversion, something similar to one of those Dodge Sprinter RVs. That could be a whole new adventure vehicle! I think there are a number of people who would also be very interested in a Rivian RV. Once the engineers get the delivery van figured out, I think they should task someone with tweaking it into a compact camper. I realize the drawing was just a rendering, but I thought I would just open a new thread and see if others have thought about a Rivian RV.

Well, Rivian has mentioned they will come out with 6 vehicles by 2025. Perhaps a Rivian RV will be among them. 
I totally want to change my reservation to the van to make it a camper IF it has decent range of over 300 miles, and AWD. All electric camper van would be wonderful! a roof covered in solar panels could allow for indefinite camping while charging the battery. The roof looks very large and I think 2kW is very doable. If there was an expanding solar panel system, it could be 6kW. If we managed 30kW a day, and used 5kW for camping, then a 180kWh battery would fully charge in about a week. How awesome would that be!! Just camp for a week, then move on to the next camp site for a week.
